REN GLYCOL LACTIC RADIANCE RENEWAL MASK // Skincare Review

THIS you guys... THIS. This is one of my holy grail masks to get rid of my pesky hyperpigmentation. This not only smells amazing, but works amazingly. I grabbed this bad boy from Mecca for a whopping AUD$58.00. Yes I know that is a lot for a mask, but you get a lot of uses out of it and the results are amazing.

Formulated with a 100% pure, natural fruit acid complex of LACTIC, tartaric, citric and GLYCOLIC ACID plus papain ENZYME, this highly active treatment mask provides a gentle yet potent exfoliating effect. The peel works hard to combat congestion, resurface uneven texture, reduce the appearance of fine lines and minimise post-blemish scarring, leaving skin looking healthy and seriously glowing.

REN is a skincare company that uses 100% plant and mineral actives. They have different lines for different skin types from oily to brightening to sensitive. 

This mask smells amazing. Its citrus scent lingers on your skin, so if you don't like orange citrus scents then I would stay away from this one. The consistency is quite thick, almost like a thick gel., but it glides on nicely on to the skin. Only a thin layer of this mask is what is needed for each use.

You leave the mask on for 10 minutes then take the cloth provided in the box, dampen it, and wipe away the mask.

Your skin feels so much more radiant and smoother straight after and let me tell you about the brightening properties. In the next day after using this mask I am always a little bit "peeley"... Not so much dry, but I can tell that my skin needs a bit of exfoliation. This is because the mask is shedding the dull dead skin on the top surface of your face and bringing the new skin forward. After a day or two, your skin is so much more vibrant and the best bit..? Well as you know I get scars and pigmentation scabs from old acne spots. After using this mask, after the day or 2 it takes to shed, a layer of skin peels straight off the scarred and darkened area and lightens almost half the darkness... Magic!!! Yes the peeling is kind of annoying, but I'm willing to go through it for a fast result to get rid of my PIH.
